St. Francis Xavier High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Sumter, South Carolina. It is run independent of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charleston.
St. Francis Xavier High School opened in 1997 after just a few months of planning. It opened just months after the announced closing of Sumter Catholic High School in 1997.[1]
St.Francis Xaiver High School has 30 students. Many may think that the numbers matter, in reality it doesn't. The smaller the classes are the more the more attention the kids have. This High School is a college prep school which offers many classes. Every child plays a sport and when they start out they all play on Varsity. St.Francis Xavier also offers religion classes.
